If actual room sizes or qualities vary, Smart Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to adjust prices according to the actual conditions found. Additional cost for red stains, pet treatment and stairs. Stairs are consider a room and there is an additional $20 for stair flight. Cancellation Policy

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a charge of $25.00 for all appointments not cancelled before 24 hours of your appointment.
